EditorGuy Chaifetz invented video editing (like Al Gore invented the internet). Not exactly, but in 1997 I spent $50,000 on a Media 100 computerized editing system so I could cut and paste video. That's right $50,000. I sorely needed it after 11 years of editing tape to tape. Tackling the job of going through 500 hours of Ron's library was an opportunity of a lifetime. It has been the most rewarding film production of my life.
